The wind whispers through the trees.  

The pavement shines in the night.  

The micro world of water breaks down and regrows.  

The day turns into night.  

The light flows in the elevator.  

The glass cabinet holds the light.   

 

“Meander” is an animation that captures small critical moments using the physical and tactile nature of cut-out and stop-motion animation. Days are punctuated by wondrous, discrete moments, articulated in light, darkness, and vapour. Such moments are for letting go of thought and restoring attention to the world.  

 

風翻動林葉  

燈守望道路  

水分流聚合  

日沉落暮色  

光圍繞電梯  

櫃收藏燭光 

 

作品以生活中不可或缺的時刻為本，透過剪紙和定格動畫，描繪出這些記憶的溫度和質地。片段透過當中細微的物質──光、暗與霧氣，帶回時間縫隙中的奇妙碎片。 這一刻，放下思緒，回到當下。
