Cheuk Man Yuk Phoebe

Born in Hong Kong, Man Yuk is a stop-motion animation artist who is interested in exploring topics surrounding sensation and daily observation, with a particular focus on scenery and atmosphere. She explores non-narrative animation, focusing on landscape and observation of the mundane. She tends to apply what she develops in traditional drawing and painting, combining it with her cut-out and filming techniques to help her transform personal perception into tangible visuals.
